  • What is Success Coaching?
    Success coaching is a virtual 1:1 service, that provides accountability, strategic support, process refinement, resource development and more tailored to your specific needs.
  • How does Success Coaching work?
    For each client, the process varies slightly, based on the individual needs, however, in general, each client will acquire a coaching package in alignment with their goal(s) (during the complimentary consultation, a recommendation is provided based on what has been shared). Once a package has been secured, clients will: Complete a Foundation Assessment Review the Foundation Assessment as a basis for goal setting Following each session, the client is provided: A comprehensive recap email, containing any action items, resources, next steps, etc. Access to their private resource folder, containing a recording of their session and any materials discussed/developed Each session clients see real and measurable progress made towards their goals preparing them to function independently with their new plan in place. As needed, follow up and intermediate communication occurs between sessions to support progress.
  • What is a Foundation Assessment?
    Once your package is acquired, you are provided a ‘Foundation Assessment’, which is a detailed questionnaire that takes a look at your business model, desired impact and operational procedures. Your Foundation Assessment responses serve as the basis for your first coaching session.
  • How does virtual coaching work?
    We use Zoom to conduct our virtual coaching sessions. Features such as screen-share, whiteboard, and recording functionality make for an engaging session. Additionally, recordings are made available for future reference within an hour of applicable services.
  • What constitutes as a service-based business?
    A venture that provides work performed in an expert manner by an individual or team for the benefit of its customers. The typical service business provides intangible offers, such as cleaning, consulting, education, experiential, legal, and treatment services.
  • What does an initial coaching session look like?
    Each introductory session is leads with an overview of the service, business practice, and client commitment, in addition to more in-depth introductions between the client and consultant. The remainder of the time is allocated to: Discuss the contents of the Foundation Assessment Identify goals, that then are prioritized into an action plan Review the current or desired business model, processes, and policies Investigate areas of opportunities, gaps in offerings, or challenges needing resolution
  • How long does the service last for?
    Success Coaching tiers are comprised of two (2) to three (3) 1.5 hours sessions. It is highly recommended clients aim to reach Tier 3: Automate for optimal impact, totalling 12-contact hours.
  • Can a client add contact hours after an initial package has been acquired?
    Yes. If additional success coacching is required, arrangments can be made.
  • What if I offer both services as well as products? Will I still be able to acquire services?
    Yes. We specialize in strategically planning around services, however we have supported clients in finding ways to strategically market various products that compliment their services.
