For nearly a decade, Alyssa has become a highly sought-after strategist, assessing, improving and making more efficient processes. Immediately following the commencement of her undergraduate degree, she began working for a state agency where she quickly rose in leadership, supervising a staff of more than a dozen, overseeing one of the agency’s largest territories. It was in those moments where her gifts in strategic planning and assessment sharpened, and the ability to unify and motivate others leaped. It was more apparent than ever before that her linear thinking, thoughtful and thorough leadership were an asset to every space she ventured.
